    <Paragraph position="0"> The system currently processes one sentence at a time, and no memory is kept once the sentence is done. Furthermore, due to limitation of time, the guidelines for both Chinese and English NE are not entirely followed, as we didn't have time to read the guidelines carefully! The F-measures of formal run for Chinese and English are 86.38#25 and 77.74#25, respectively. Given the limited time #28less than six months#29 and resources #28three persons, all half time#29, we are satisfactory with the performance.</Paragraph>
