    <Paragraph position="0"> We have shown that spoken discourse can be formalised by a discourse grammar based on TDG.</Paragraph>
    <Paragraph position="1">  ical questions can be incorporated into the discourse structure generated. New rhetorical relations were introduced that should prove useful for NLPapplications. In ongoing research we focus on the interaction between planning sequences, discourse structure and intentional structure.</Paragraph>
