In doing so, we showed how a variety of examples that have been problematic for previous approaches are accounted for in a natural and straightforward fashion. Furthermore, the generality of the approach makes it directly applicable to a variety of other types of ellipsis and reference in natural language.</Paragraph> </Section> class="xml-element"></Paper>
