The approach described could al~ be transferred to oilier kinds of possible reader problems as enumerated in section 5.</Paragraph>
    <Paragraph position="1"> Since these are the problem areas of NL-undefstanding, algorithms exist which try to solve the understanding problems posed by these language features. These could be used to predict f~filure (as w,'ts demonstrated above for the actiw~tion-spreading mechanisms).</Paragraph>
