Not only does this make the selection process much more reliable, it is also consistent with psycholinguistic evidence for incremental sentence parsing.</Paragraph> <Paragraph position="1"> Although still under development, the IPS parser, which uses a lexical database exceeding 80,000 entries, has a fairly broad grammaticai coverage including simple and complex sentences, complex determiners and possessives, yes/no and wh-interrogatives, relatives, passive, some comparatives as well as some cases of coordination (of same category).
