The separation of the two semantic representation levels has been an important guiding principle in the implementation of a system covering a substantial fragment of English semantics in a well-motivated way.</Paragraph> <Paragraph position="1"> Further work is in progress on the treatment of collective readings and of tense and aspect.</Paragraph> </Section> class="xml-element"></Paper>
