    <Paragraph position="0"> In this paper we considered the problem of ranking texts when the input query is in the form of a per-son proper name and when we are interested in biographical information. The ranking based on the computation of the principal eigenvector of the link matrix that represents coreferent and other referent relationships between noun phrase entities offers novel directions for future research.</Paragraph>
