    <Paragraph position="0"> The architecture shown in this paper provides access to multiple layers of linguistic annotation and allows for the reuse and integration of existing linguistic resources. The resulting additional annotation layers are extremely useful for solving complex linguistic issues like anaphora resolution. It is our goal to enable a semi-automatic anaphora resolution by the end of the project life-span.</Paragraph>
