    <Paragraph position="0"> In this paper, we have proposed a probabilistic model named SMCFG, and designed a polynomial time parsing and a parameter estimation algorithm for SMCFG. Moreover, we have demonstrated computational experiments of RNA secondary structure prediction with pseudoknots using SMCFG parsing algorithm, which show good performance in accuracy.</Paragraph>
