A new hierarchical parsing approach is proposed.</Paragraph> <Paragraph position="1"> Besides, a grammar rules system including all punctuations and probability distribution is built to be used in parsing and disambiguation.</Paragraph> <Paragraph position="2"> Compared experiments prove that HP method is effective in long Chinese sentences parsing.</Paragraph> <Paragraph position="3"> In future work, theories of punctuations should be studied further to get a more formal point of view.</Paragraph> </Section> class="xml-element"></Paper>
