    <Paragraph position="0"> TT2 is the outcome of a successful cooperation between European countries and Canada to develop an innovative approach to machine aided translation. It is based on advances in statistical machine translation research and on a seamless integration in a word processing environment of the same type as the one currently used by translators.</Paragraph>
