    <Paragraph position="0"> This paper introduced an automatic sentence alignment method that integrates syntax and semantic information. Our method transforms a sentence into a DTP set and calculates the similarity between the DTPs by using ESK. Experiments on the TSC (Text Summarization Challenge) corpus, which has complex correspondence, showed that the introduction of DTP consistently improves alignment accuracy and that ESK gave the best results.</Paragraph>
