    <Paragraph position="0"> We showed that there is su cient parallelism in parsing computations and presented a parallel chart parser for LinGO that can e ectively exploit this parallelism by achieving considerable speedups. Also, the presented techniques do not rely on a particular parsing schema or grammar formalism, and can therefore be useful for other parsing applications.</Paragraph>
