    <Paragraph position="0"> This paper is intended to lead to discussion of this and other possibilities for the implementation of the Loebner Prize AN condition. We have shown that it is closely related to the Total Turing Test, and that there is a siguifieant empirical question to be answered in relation to whether it is or is not effectively a stronger test than the standard Turing Test.</Paragraph>
