Idioms of the type &amp;quot;spic and spaN' and &amp;quot;at any rate&amp;quot; are &amp;quot;fixed', i.e. they cannot undergo any syntactic transformations. They are therefore less interesting from a theoretical point of view. In Rosetta fixed idioms will be treated as one word in the morphological component.</Paragraph>
